About Oliver van Keuren

I have been employed by Greenco Manufacturing for over 35 years. I hold a patent for a Tri-Motion load balancing hoist and have one patent pending for another. In the three plus decades at Greenco, I have helped produce and bring to market a range of industrial products including rod and rodless cylinders, hoists, and load arrestors. My current role in the company is Senior Vice President of Manufacturing and Sales. I have aligned the company solidly with the ‘Made in the USA’ philosophy. I took the Tampa-based company into qualification for ISO 9001: 2008 with its entire process rigor. That quality orientation informs everything we do at the 45-year-old company, from office procedures right through to stringent manufacturing processes. Our mission statement says that we will seek continuous improvement in product quality and service. I strive to gain ‘buy in’ from every employee in the organization when it comes to ‘quality first.’ What keeps me engaged and intellectually stimulated is finding new ways to increase efficiency, run lean, boost profitability, and secure new customers – both in the USA and overseas. I especially like to mentor product engineers in manufacturing various types of cylinders and hoists – going from raw materials to a finished, sellable, viable product.
