The objective is durable remediation with demonstrable evidence of effectiveness and measurable capability uplift, not short term closure.What I do most often• Design target operating models for Risk Management, Compliance and Internal Controls, including three lines of defense interaction, role clarity, decision rights, reporting lines and committee governance• Deliver supervisory remediation and regulatory issue management from root cause analysis to control and measure design, prioritization, execution governance and audit ready evidence packs, including action tracking, testing and sustained effectiveness• Reduce friction between business, risk, compliance and internal audit by strengthening policy, procedure and control architectures, control testing and RCSA approaches, and embedding pragmatic ways of working• Bridge regulation and technology when DORA, BAIT, VAIT, NIS2 and the EU AI Act reshape ICT risk management, IT governance, digital operational resilience and enterprise control environments, including outsourcing and third party risk management, cloud governance, cyber and information security governance, data driven controls and operational AI governance that can be implementedMy scope covers financial and non financial risk, Compliance Management Systems and Anti Financial Crime including AML, sanctions, fraud prevention and capital markets compliance, as well as data protection and ESG governance.I bring a combination of board level advisory, end to end program accountability and leadership experience.
