I am a highly skilled and motivated photography graduate currently working as a freelance photographer and also as an online marketing expert for a small training company based in the West Midlands, Currently maintaining a number of websites and driving sales through a combination of search engine optimisation, digital marketing and advertising campaigns. I have strong organisational and communication skills and am equally comfortable working independently or as part of a team. I am practical, creative, resourceful and pay great attention to detail and quality. After achieving my degree in photography at Nottingham Trent University I initially chose to establish myself as a freelance photographer I secured full funding support from the Princes Trust Enterprise Programme – allowing me to invest in equipment and further training to develop my skills. Working as a freelance photographer taught me a great deal about working with a wide range of clients, as well as the importance of offering a high quality, customer focussed service. I have developed excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for photography and design. I have also been featured in the UK’s leading freelance photography magazine, F2, with a six-page article. I have management experience gained within the retail sector, and have been recognised for my customer relationship skills. Owning my own business has greatly broadened my understanding of the commercial business world.
