As a highly innovative and diligent expert who can draw on 8 years of experience in R&D I contribute to a resource-efficient development process and a satisfied customer. I work in cross-functional teams, embedded in a matrix organisation, across all organisational levels, coordinating the achievement of project goals, company strategy and the fulfilment of our clients' needs. I see it as my job to move the team forward and to protect it against disruptive influences.
