As an assistant editor at Sage, I support the editorial team in producing high-quality academic publications in various fields of study. I have a BA in English from the University of Leicester, where I developed my copywriting and interpersonal skills, and received a travelling scholarship for my research on women's liberation in Amsterdam. I have over two years of editorial experience, starting as an intern and then becoming an editorial assistant at Sage Publishing, where I learned the ins and outs of the publishing industry and honed my skills in editing, proofreading, and project management. I am passionate about creating and disseminating knowledge that empowers women and other marginalized groups, and I strive to uphold the values of excellence, innovation, and diversity in my work.
