I’m Olivia, a Client Partnerships Manager, currently supporting international B2B clients with translation.I am passionate about creating and managing sound client relationships, by delivering an efficient and highly organised service, always led with a customer-centric mindset. I dedicate myself to deeply learning and listening about clients' needs and ensure that their expectations and goals are fully understood. No challenge is too great in my eyes, and I thrive on finding new ways to improve processes and overall customer experience. I also seek out and grow new business opportunities, and ensure these clients are well supported from the very start of our partnership. Outside of these responsibilities, I am proudly responsible for our work experience programme and managing all incoming students to the company. I actively lead school talks to raise brand awareness and communicate the importance of language learning. Another key interest of mine is employee wellbeing and I have been a member of the wellbeing and social committee since the start of my role, ensuring we have some much-needed down time while delivering the best service possible.
