About Olivia Bennett

In both personal and professional experiences, I am passionate about helping others. Whether it be volunteering or helping the team with a project, I take ownership of my results and initiate problem solving when needed, while staying positive and patient. Over the past few years, I’ve been closely involved in creating the Future Workplace at Allstate, program managing an executive-level initiative coordinating with external and internal stakeholders to reduce risk and cost, researching and recommending customer service centralization models to leadership, and educating internal consultants and clients on process improvement and design. I’ve led and participated in a Leadership Development Program that provided me an opportunity to gain cross-functional experience and develop a holistic understanding of the organization through three year-long rotations. In these rotations, I collaborated with process, design, delivery, and data teams to create impactful educational programs for new front line employees which resulted in increased customer satisfaction. In addition, I boosted community involvement participation by inspiring small business owners to be leaders and volunteers in their communities, which led to higher reputation scores and brand awareness. I love the many hats that I have worn and continue to wear, and look forward to my next challenge and the relationships I will build along the way!
