About Olivia Bennett
I adore the hospitality industry, it's a true passion of mine. I fell in love with restaurants in 2009 working at the Angry Olive Bistro in Rocky Hill, Ct. I was employees there from the day it opened in November 2009 till the doors shut in February 2013. I started as a host and busser and quickly became a server and bartender where I assisted both in the kitchen and with liquor inventory. In 2009 I began taking classes at MCC for hotel tourism and food service management. I was fortunate to be able to gain experience in running our student kitchen. I would select and prepare a cost effective menu.My goals for this industry are always changing. I love nothing more than having the opportunity to advance with new challenges.
