A current University of London (Distance learner) with only a dissertation to complete. Working as a HR Administrator for a wonderful inclusive global company. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly at all levels and under pressure. Aspiring Organisation Psychologist, who has a holistic mindset on life and business. Described as a ‘campaigner’, I am all for helping a well deserved cause. Mental health first responder Emergency first aid at work trained DE & I club member, whilst being a group organiser for the movement in my current role. My true passion is in psychology as well Mental Health and Well-being in a holistic manner. Volunteering at a local Manchester Youth group and doing what I can to help local communities achieve greatness. Plastic reducer and environmental advocate, always looking for ways to help others reduce our plastic use & increase our green footprint as much as possible. Interests in Neuropsychology, Environmental kindness and self sufficiency as well as Diversity, Equity and inclusion for all areas. Holistic wellness, Yoga, Reiki and community values are what is important to me. In training as a yoga teacher and holistic therapist to compliment my aspirations as an Organisational Psychologist.
