About Olivia Campbell

Working with Roodlane, part of the HCA group, excited about working in the healthcare and corporate sector. In my previous role as Head of On-site Nursing for Health Management, I took a strategic clinical lead for our portfolio of blue chip clients with onsite clinical teams, supporting the multidisciplinary service delivery for our key contracts. I had a principal role in the development of the clinical team including escalation, investigations, audit and training. Prior to this clinical leadership role, my career has been largely operational, I have extensive experience in coordination and delivery of OH services, including first generation outsourcing; retention of contract; managing and delivering OH and Well-being through contracted and in house services. My roles have been diverse and challenging, and delivered over geographically spread locations. The key to success in my view, is well supported, engaged and motivated teams, structure, vigilant governance and clinical excellence. This involves innovation and thinking outside the box as the pool of experienced OH clinicians dwindles.
