I am a senior at the University of Washington studying Civil Engineering with interests coastal engineering, hydraulic engineering, natural systems design, and environmental protection. I have two previous internships in the civil aviation field with experience on stormwater and transportation projects. During my internships I gained experience in AutoCAD programs, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and stormwater modeling. I am also in my third year of participating in UW Steel Bridge and am currently the construction manager, which requires me to lead a team to fabricate a 20+ ft steel bridge for regional and national competition. Through my experience on the steel bridge team, I have learned to weld and other metal fabrication techniques as well as leadership and organizational skills.
