Hello, I'm Olivia Carson, a dedicated and forward-thinking HR professional passionate about empowering emerging leaders and driving positive change within organizations. I've had the opportunity to gain valuable experience with Cianbro as an HR Intern and deepen my skills in field-based HR through a Summer 2023 Internship at Global Partners LP. Now, as an HR Coordinator at New England Lab, I'm fully immersed in the recruitment and onboarding side of Human Resources, contributing to initiatives that support employee engagement and development. I’m also the Founder & former President of Husson University Women in Business, where I built a supportive network for aspiring women leaders on campus. Having graduated a year early with a degree in Business and Professional Studies, a Minor in Psychology, and a Certification in Marketing Communications, I'm excited to apply my diverse background to align HR practices with leadership development.
