About Olivia Casey

I started my training contract at Express in July 2022 and qualify in July 2024. I handle employers liability claims including accident and disease claims. I joined Clyde & Co in the industrial disease team in April 2018. I am working on various types of disease claims including asbestos related diseases. I left this role in December 2021. I joined Roberts Jackson in June 2015 as a legal graduate on the legal support team. undertaking tasks such as liasing and organising counsel, writing to court, assisting fee earners and directors with legal duties. In November 2015 I was promoted to the portal as a Litigation Executive, handling a case load dealing with Noise Induced Hearing Loss. I am excited to be a part of such an evolving and dynamic team at Roberts Jackson Solicitors. In February 2016 I was promoted, I now work on litigated files assisting three solicitors on several different industrial diseases. I also deal with defendants and courts amongst other litigated work. I am looking to obtain to training contract to start on the next steps of my legal career. I have completed my Law LLB and graduated with a 2:1. I have also completed the LPC at BPP, studying part time whilst working full time.
