About Olivia Conser

I am currently attending College at Linn Benton Community College in Albany Oregon. I am working on a Practical Business Major so I can apply what I learned to take over my family’s business, Diversified Property Management. I have also attended a few classes in relation to property management. This has definitely helped because it showed me useful tools I can use when I am working, such as appfolio. And I have met a lot of people who are in the same position I am and it was a lot of fun to network! In one of the classes, they showed me different situations with customers and how to read their body language as well as how to deal with someone who is angry. As well as I have been reading books on Fair Housing Laws and other books that refer specifically to the property management business. I believe that when I gathered all of these helpful tools, and when I actually went into the field, it helped me be more prepared and helped me realize that there is a lot of factors that go into property management as well as it is a lifetime of learning!
