About Olivia Craggs

My path has always been rooted in community, purpose, and learning. I’m passionate about building equitable systems that uplift Indigenous communities. I thrive when finding ways to bridge innovation with Indigenous values to create meaningful, lasting impact. At the Mastercard Foundation’s EleV program, I support partners to help Indigenous youth return to and complete school. I contribute to monitoring, evaluation, learning, and adaptation so we can understand impact across partnerships and identify where to scale what works. Most recently, I worked to strengthen First Nations data capacity and support Nations in gaining greater control over their own data, including work that advanced regional information governance and statistical functions. Before that, I led research exploring First Nations-led approaches to HPV immunization and culturally grounded cancer prevention.Alongside my professional journey, I’ve continued exploring emerging technologies, focusing on how digital innovation can streamline workflows and create systems that make data more accessible and actionable.
