Driven by a profound commitment to fostering mental well-being and cultivating thriving environments. My unique career trajectory, encompassing a solid foundation in corporate operations and a dedicated pursuit of psychology, positions me to make a significant and impactful contribution to the well-being of employees/students in the dynamic UAE landscape. This five-year corporate experience provided me with a deep understanding of the pressures and challenges inherent in today’s fast-paced work environment. In 2021, I embarked on a transformative path, pursuing a master's degree in clinical psychology, driven by a strong desire to align my professional life with my passion for mental health. During this period, I gained invaluable clinical experience providing counselling to children, adolescents, and adults facing neurodevelopmental challenges, behavioral issues, and a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trauma. I also provided parental counselling. I have further strengthened my skills through training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) from the Portland DBT Institute, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). I am currently pursuing an Internal Family Systems Therapy Trauma Intensive. My experience extends to providing therapy to individuals of all age groups, school and university students and corporate employee assistance. I also manage a private practice, handling all aspects of client management, financial administration, and marketing. I am a lifelong learner, dedicated to continuous professional development, and I am particularly drawn to the UAE's progressive approach to mental health in the workplace and believe my unique combination of corporate insight and psychological expertise makes me an ideal candidate to contribute to an organization's employee well-being initiatives.
