About Olivia Ensler

I graduated from Allegheny College with a double major in Psychology and English, and I have a strong background in clinical study management, staff oversight, and disaster relief. I am currently the Clinical trials Manager at Allergy & Asthma Medical Group and Research Center where I managed all operational aspects of the clinical research department. In this role, I served as the central liaison between investigators, sponsors, CROs, and study participants, overseeing approximately 20 clinical trials simultaneously from the feasibility stage through post-closeout. I ensured strict adherence to FDA, GCP, IRB, and other regulatory guidelines across all research activities. Passionate about innovation and efficiency, I led the modernization of site operations by transitioning from paper-based regulatory processes to Veeva SiteVault eISF and consolidated multiple Excel-based tracking systems into the Clinical Conductor CTMS. These changes significantly enhanced data management, improved operational efficiency, and ensured greater accuracy and compliance. I am committed to advancing clinical research practices and enjoy fostering collaborative, cross-functional relationships to support successful outcomes.
