Building trusting relationships has allowed me to identify opportunities to help my customers reach their desired outcomes. I developed strong skills in training and development while collaborating with my teams to implement process improvements to sustain accounts and to continuously improve our product and service. I’ve spent the past 6 years doing this in the retail industry, changing my customers’ lives with merchandise and services. Now, I’m ready for new challenges. Technology companies are actively seeking ways to improve and create efficiency in our personal and professional lives with SaaS. Customer Success aligns with my career trajectory I choose years ago as a sales associate- to guide customers to their wanted results by using my product and being their right-hand person to ensure they reach it! My experience in creating completely satisfied customer experiences, business operations, engagement, and innovative skills will allow me to make a difference in the success field.I recently relocated to the Los Angeles area.
