As an Associate Change Management Consultant at Duke Energy, I support internal technology teams through strategic communications and change initiatives that drive enterprise transformation. I also lead all aspects of event strategy and execution at the Innovation Center—serving as the primary point of contact for planning, coordinating, and facilitating high-impact events for internal and external stakeholders. In parallel, I am contributing to the development of a new internal consultancy focused on enterprise strategy. My role involves operationalizing this initiative by building foundational processes and infrastructure to support its long-term success. I actively pursue professional development through mentorship, certifications in strategic planning, leadership, artificial intelligence, and change management to deepen my impact across the organization.
