About Olivia Goodheart

As a second year student in the University of Oregon's MS Couples and Family Therapy program, I am taking coursework toward licensure requirements as an LMFT in the state of Oregon and completing clinical hours at the Center for Healthy Relationships at HEDCO Clinic. I am additionally completing an externship as a clinical intern in the adult outpatient program at South Lane Mental Health. While at Connected Lane County, I provided resource navigation services to youth facing barriers in their life in rural communities of Lane County, OR. I assisted clients with their educational, career, and life goals through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) grant. Before assuming this position, I was a projects assistant for Connected Lane County, garnering experience in event planning, data management, and career-connected learning programming. Previously, I worked as a teaching assistant at the Pearl Buck Center Vocational Academy for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. I additionally completed the Breakthrough Collaborative summer teaching fellowship in Philadelphia.
