About Olivia Greenberg

Olivia is an attorney licensed in Louisiana, Tennessee, and Texas based in the Houston, Texas and New Orleans, Louisiana offices of Jones Walker LLP, where she focuses her practice on corporate reorganization, restructuring, liquidation, acquisitions, and associated litigation. While Olivia routinely advises oil and gas clients, her industry focus is broad, and she has experience representing Chapter 11 trustees, debtors, committees, and creditors in bankruptcy courts across the country. Prior to joining Jones Walker, Olivia served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Neil P. Olack of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Mississippi. While in law school, she also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Marc T. Treadwell of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia and as an honors intern for the United States Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement. Olivia is a graduate of Mercer University School of Law, where she received her juris doctor degree, cum laude, and was a member of the Mercer Law Review. While studying at Mercer, Olivia also received a masters in business administration at Mercer University’s Stetson School of Business and Economics. Olivia graduated from Sewanee: The University of the South with a bachelor of arts in religion and political science, magna cum laude. Olivia is active in both the Louisiana and Houston chapters of TMA and serves as the NextGen Representative on the Board for TMA Louisiana Chapter. In addition to Olivia’s professional involvement with TMA, Olivia serves on the Board of the Association for Women Attorneys of New Orleans and is an active member of the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation. In 2024, Olivia represented her firm in the Pathfinder Program with the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity. In Olivia’s free time, she volunteers as a youth soccer coach with Carrolton Boosters.
