About Olivia Hassel

For me, one of the the most important parts about work is the positive influence me and my colleagues are able to create together, both when it comes to work environment and the people we offer services to. These are a few of the things that engages me in my daily work- Contributing to a positive attitude at work and to my colleagues- Making sure I give the best service I can and being aware of what is possible considering the matter- My drive to create my own opportunities and take on new assignments. I find it fulfilling to evolve at something- Having high integrity and trust in my own ability, and of course my employer- Being creative- Showing respect towards eachother in a safe workplace and where there is an open communication. There is of course alot more that engages me, but these are bullet points that to me sums up a happy workplace and a successful business.
