Olivia has significant experience in Investment Banking with a focus on Executive Compensation. Olivia has built a strong reputation with her finance background for being able to understand business requirements in all areas of Reward to translate complex issues in order to deliver successfully. Throughout her career she has transformed compensation design (cash and instrument), implemented compensation structures, managed bonus pools including modelling of quantum and reporting at Executive Board/ Remuneration Committee levels. Olivia has experience in all stages of employee life cycle remuneration, from designing offers across all levels, leading on designing retention packages, to creating people cost models in the wind down space.
