As responsible for the transformation of reseller partners for France, I collaborate with my colleagues in the creation, design and execution of partner transformation programs for the EMEA-North region, focused on all aspects of the company : hard and soft skills. As part of my duties, I work with a team of experts to support partners in their transformation process. My 20 years of experience in sales, both live and through partners, help me to be relevant to the partner community, and especially to the SME segment. I'm driven by gaining experience and winning successes in Sales, business and personal development. I have strong abilities to leverage market opportunities, to drive transformation and innovation, to motivate people and empower them, to build connections at all company levels to create trust relationships. My adaptability in very different companies, industries and teams and my determination to raise challenges give me very strong winner foundations.
