About Olivia Ibbotson

Now working as a Police Investigator, I’ve transitioned from academic study into professional practice with a BSc in Forensic Investigations from Coventry University and prior placement experience with EMSOU. I bring a strong foundation in investigative techniques, critical thinking, and attention to detail, supported by a dynamic and adaptable communication style. My background in team sports and leadership roles has equipped me with well-developed teamwork and leadership skills, while my experience in both individual and collaborative environments has reinforced my ability to stay organised and deliver high-quality outcomes. I’m confident and comfortable engaging with a wide range of individuals, and I thrive under the pressures and demands of investigative work. I’m dedicated, motivated, and always ready to take on new challenges—committed to bringing integrity, diligence, and professionalism to every role I undertake.
