I have loved developing my understanding of the loyalty market in the last few years, and have especially enjoyed seeing the convergence of marketing and technology to develop robust loyalty initiatives and marketing strategies that enhance the customer experience. With experience in retail & grocery, I support retailers with best practice loyalty initiatives to leverage the power of personalisation to drive sales via robust loyalty propositions that work across all markets. I am at my best when working strategically with multiple clients to deliver value, and when implementing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email, native apps, websites & in-house collateral, as I am a stickler for detail & consistency. I am a big believer in people doing business with people. Outside of the office I am a keen tennis player, if only for the social aspect, and I love visiting sites of historical interest.
