Hi there, I am Olivia, a positive and strong-minded woman with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, wide knowledge of languages and experience from working within the supply chain and coordinating different tasks. My previous tasks gave me skills in order handling, logistics and invoicing. Being the primary contact for different stakeholders helped me to grow to a more brave and independent person. Through my work I have been able to discover my strenghts and gain rewarding and memorable relationships with customers. Currently I work as an operations coordinator at Lumo Analytics, specializing in mining indistry. I provide assistance to the CEO, employees and partners. In my daily work I control invoices, sales, logistics, human resources and premises. I manage travel bookings and accommodations and take charge of organizing events. I have also been a part of organising deployments and projects abroad. I am dedicated to building my future and I manage through different situations in life with a calm yet firm spirit. Working in fast-spaced companies has taught me to lead my own work and handle multiple tasks at the same time, while making sure I provide great results. I like the feeling, when I have people surrounded by me and we are able to help each other out and achieve great things together. I feel that I have reached my goal, when I can truly meet a person in the moment and we both get positive energy for the rest of the day. As a worker I consider myself calm, well-organised, supporting and trustworthy. I am happy to take instructions as well as work under own initiative. I am looking forward in situations no matter what and never give up. As a soft-hearted and diligent person, I always aspire to reach my ultimate potential, be there for others and stand behind my actions. My goal is to bring good energy and hopefully great results to my workplace.
