About Olivia Link

I'm a passionate student and a nascent therapist with an avid interest in Psychoeducational groups and small group therapy. I'm currently earning my M.S. in Clinical Psychology and began my internship at NM Central DuPage Hospital BHS in June 2019. I completed the National Counselors Exam in October 2019, completed my 750+ hrs of internship on March 13th, 2020, and will complete the last my elective coursework in May 2020. I'm eager to gain more experience in the field as soon as I can. My interests in psychology beyond group therapy and psychoeduction include Solution-Focused therapy, DBT, and Feminist Theory. In my undergraduate career I was a Foreign Language/Psychology double major and I still have a passion for Spanish and how language plays an integral role in our communication of self, our identities and mental health treatment.
