About Olivia Marshall

I began my career at University Hospital in San Antonio, TX working in a Level 3 NICU, PICU, Surgical/Trauma ICU, ER, and the general patient floors as well. I also took steps to become part of the transport team, however I found my niche for childrens healthcare and accepted a position in Dallas, TX After about a year and a half. At Childrens Medical Center in Dallas I began on the Pulmonary floor. My patient population consisted of Cystic fibrosis, cerebral palsy, acute/chronic asthma, tracheostomy and/or ventilator dependent, as well as many other patients. I also worked in the Trauma ICU, PICU, and ended with my core position in the Cardiovascular ICU. There I saw patients with congenital heart disease and managed them pre/post operatively. After a year or so of experience here I accepted a position at Texas Childrens Hospital in Houston, TX. I have been employed at Texas Childrens Hospital in Houston at the Main Campus in the largest Medical Center in the nation, where I worked primarily in the PICU with a diverse patient population. Every experience is a learning experience and helps me take giant leaps in my career. I love children and have an undying passion for the healthcare industry.
