As a bartender at The Well, I provide excellent customer service and hands-on training to new staff members. I have been working in this role for over a year, and I enjoy creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. I am also a T-Level student at Lakes College, where I am studying Business Administration and Management. I have a keen interest in learning how to run and grow a successful business, and I apply the skills and knowledge I gain from my course to my work. Before starting my T-Level, I completed a Level 3 qualification in Applied Science at Carlisle College, which gave me a solid foundation in scientific principles and methods. My core competencies include teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and adaptability. I am always eager to learn new things and take on new challenges.
