About Olivia Neu

I'm Olivia Neu, a recent graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management, currently pursuing my Master of Science in Organizational Management and Communication at FSU. Since January 2025, I’ve been a Human Resource Intern at Morgan 6, LLC, a service-disabled veteran-owned business that supports U.S. government operations. My work has focused on compensation research, job description development, and tracking employee training metrics—giving me hands-on experience with the strategic and operational sides of HR. These projects have strengthened my skills in data analysis, organization, and communication, while deepening my interest in building systems that support both people and performance. Earlier in my career, I gained valuable customer service experience at Publix and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. These roles helped me build adaptability in fast-paced environments and reinforced the importance of being dependable and solution-oriented. My time at the VA also connected me to a sense of purpose in serving others, particularly within the military community that continues to guide the kind of organizations and missions I seek out today.
