About Olivia Odale

I am a graduate of Carleton University’s Engineering program with a passion for sustainable energy generation & conversion, electromechanical systems, strategic planning, and policy development with a goal to better the Canadian energy landscape. My unique degree focused on efficient energy generation for power sources including, but not limited to, wind, hydroelectric, solar, and nuclear. I am excited to extend my passions beyond education and into the workforce! I am also a people person. From being an instructor, facilitator, team lead, peer mentor, and administrative assistant I thrive in a collaborative and supportive team environment. I pride myself on my approachable and dynamic nature, and my ability to create welcoming and accommodating spaces. Let's connect!
