About Olivia Orpana

As a CEMS student and a second-year master’s student at Aalto University in the People Management and Organizational Development program, I am on track to graduate with a double degree in June 2026. I am driven by a passion for understanding and enhancing the human aspects of organizational life, with a strong desire to support business success through effective people operations. I take pride in being empathetic, motivated, and open to new ideas, and I enjoy collaborating with others. Eager to expand my knowledge and skills, I am particularly enthusiastic about engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds, enhancing well-being within the workplace, refining HR processes and policies, effective recruitment strategies, talent management, and leading organizational change with sensitivity and insight. Beyond these professional aspirations, I am dedicated to fostering inclusive environments where every individual can thrive.Feel free to connect with me!
