As a litigation secretary at Umberg Zipser, I am part of a dynamic team driven to provide personalized legal services to our clients as well as national and state government entities. Our premier business litigation team and intellectual property team specialize in effective pretrial strategies, successful motion practice and alternative dispute resolution to achieve superb results. Our firm is also regularly taking on pro bono cases for those than cannot afford an attorney, as a way to show our commitment to the Orange County Community. In my role as a litigation secretary/paralegal, I work closely with several different attorneys, drafting motions, creating shells, assisting in client communication, filing documents, setting deposition meetings, etc. I am constantly in communication with other secretaries and/or paralegals to ensure we are providing the utmost service to our clients. Regularly, I am in communication with court clerks to ensure our document production is of the highest quality. Beyond my professional pursuits, I have a love for fitness and wellness. This personal dedication has instilled in me valuable qualities such as confidence, persistence, discipline, and teamwork. Not only have these attributes enhanced my athletic abilities, but they have also seamlessly translated into my career-oriented endeavors, shaping my approach and work ethic in any professional environment.
