Background

About Olivia Reduto

My name is Olivia Reduto and I am a recent graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst. I earned dual degrees in Hospitality & Tourism Management (Bachelor of Sciences) and Jazz & African American Music Studies (Bachelor of Arts). I chose to study in the Isenberg School of Management because of the high quality of faculty and career resources. I became interested in hospitality through my own travels and after excelling in foreign languages in high school, and found myself interested in learning about different cultures and cuisines. Studying jazz in Italy and touring with a choir in Europe combined my interests in performance with travel. In my recent internships with the New York City Mayor’s Office and the New York Athletic Club, I have gained invaluable leadership experience and food service industry knowledge, as well as provided high end hospitality for well known people in and around New York. My coursework has allowed me to gain proficiency in excel, inventory control, and more.
