About Olivia Schultz

With two years of experience in conducting and disseminating research on women's health and well-being, I am a passionate and dedicated Knowledge Translation Assistant & Researcher at the Centre of Excellence for Women's Health. In this role, I have contributed to researching and creating KT resources for projects on gender-based violence, chronic pain, and substance use. I have a Master's degree in Religion/Religious Studies and a SSHRC Research Award for my Master's project. I worked as a Researcher and a Research Assistant for Dr. Sara Moslener at Central Michigan University, where I created a website that hosts the purity culture healing database. I have developed skills in volunteering, event planning, and critical thinking, as well as a domain expertise in religion and spirituality. My core competencies include knowledge translation, stakeholder engagement, community outreach, and research communication. My mission is to translate research into action and to empower women and marginalized communities to improve their health and well-being.
