About Olivia Sendelbach

As a Unit Secretary at Akron Children's, I apply my communication and media studies background to ensure smooth workflow and patient satisfaction. I manage incoming calls, organize documents, and maintain confidentiality, all while maintaining a positive work environment. Prior to this, I worked as an Online Sales Specialist at Great Lakes Artifacts, where I managed daily sales, processed orders, and boosted revenue through online product listings. I also have experience as a Motor Vehicle Representative at New York State Department of Motor Vehicles, where I provided excellent customer service and used DMV procedure and computer software tools to issue valid state documents. I am passionate about creating engaging content and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Baldwin Wallace University and a GED in International/Global Studies from Firestone High School. I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
