I specialise in executive search across the HR and Board Practices at Eton Bridge Partners, helping organisations secure exceptional HR leaders who can shape culture and drive business transformation. My background combines senior HR practitioner roles within a FTSE100 company with extensive general management experience, giving me a unique perspective on what clients and candidates need to succeed. I understand the challenges of leading people and cultural change, navigating complex industrial relations, and delivering business turnarounds — because I’ve done it first-hand. As a Chartered Member of the CIPD, I have a particular interest in mental health, discrimination, and diversity in the workplace. I lead Eton Bridge’s internal and external events programme on mental health education, supporting greater awareness and practical action across the HR community. I partner with organisations across sectors, from multisite commercial enterprises and not-for-profits to the technology industry, to appoint HR leaders who make a lasting impact. My focus spans the full HR spectrum, from generalist to specialist roles, with a strong track record in leadership hiring at senior levels. I’m also passionate about leadership and team development, with hands-on experience using a wide range of assessment tools and techniques to support businesses in building high-performing teams. Outside of work, I love languages, travel and unique experiences — from studying Italian at the Universities of Bristol and Bologna, to completing marathons in Amsterdam, London and even Disneyland Florida, and dancing in the opening ceremony of the London 2012 Olympics.
