About Olivia Sieggreen

Continual improvement manager with a history of working in the food-grade plastics industry, including injection molding, two-step blow molding and extrusion. I have spent the past five years expanding my skills in applied research, SPC analysis/interpretation, project-based continuous improvement, and manufacturing management. I am currently a Six Sigma Green Belt and have completed several projects and coached others through the problem solving process. I am motivated by educating others and sharing knowledge and processes that can improve production and the daily life of an associate in manufacturing. Outside of the manufacturing environment I have generated solid and substantial customer relationships and provided technical service in trouble shooting and problem solving from start to finish in the packaging supply chain. I also have an affinity for teaching and presenting information to students and peers. My strong work history in quality and technical service roles in the manufacturing industry are supported by a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science focused in Analytical Chemistry from Saginaw Valley State University and the University of Michigan.
