About Olivia Stanton

With over 10 years of diverse work experience, I am a Social Care Specialist at Shopify, where I provide multilingual support to merchants and help them grow their businesses online. I use my communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills to assist merchants with various issues, such as setting up their stores, troubleshooting technical problems, and optimizing their web design. I also leverage my web development skills, which I acquired from Juno College of Technology, to create custom solutions and enhancements for merchants' websites. In addition, I am fluent in English, French, and learning Spanish and German on the side. I have a certification in teaching English as a foreign language, which enables me to communicate effectively with merchants from different backgrounds and cultures and lean in on educating Shopifolk on new projects. I am passionate about empowering entrepreneurs and enabling them to succeed in the e-commerce industry. I am also interested in learning new technologies and languages, and I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team at Shopify.
