Dedicated to honoring God through my professional endeavors, I am driven to empower clients to thrive independently while advocating for themselves across environments. As the founder of Resolve Behavioral Solutions, my mission is to equip individuals and their support networks with the knowledge and tools necessary to achieve their aspirations. My expertise lies in assisting individuals affected by challenges including trauma, anxiety, depression, ADD, ADHD, conduct disorders, psychological complexities, unique physical needs, and those navigating without formal diagnoses. Currently, I specialize in guiding clients towards attaining goals through skill-building sessions. With a rich background in training staff members, I excel in implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs), behavior change programs, and comprehensive behavior data collection systems. Crisis prevention and management are areas of deep commitment for me. I have conducted numerous workshops to educate school staff on de-escalation techniques and the paramount importance of relationship-building to avert crises. Staff collaboration is also a passion of mine and creating environments and plans that all members of the Team are bought into is of top importance to me. Additionally, I assist students in discovering their personal strengths and navigating their weaknesses through future planning and career exploration. Utilizing data-driven programming, I've had the privilege of assisting high school students identify and develop their future plans and life goals.
