At Second Harvest, Olivia is currently the Head of Client Innovation and formerly led the Moonshot Project to re-imagine food banking. Working with community members experiencing food insecurity, she co-created the Food Sharing Lab and the first Second Harvest Free Community Market, focused on using food to increase community resilience.
