As a Provider Recruiter at Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers, I leverage my BS degree in Health Sciences and experience in the dental field to recruit and onboard qualified providers for our network of pediatric surgery centers. My core competencies include sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and hiring candidates, as well as maintaining positive relationships with providers, clients, and internal stakeholders. My mission is to provide exceptional service and support to our providers, ensuring that they have the best possible experience and outcomes working with us. I am passionate about pediatric and special needs healthcare, as I believe it is a vital and rewarding field that improves the lives of children and their families.
