Hi there! My name is Olivia! I am a high achiever who is dedicated to every work space I am in. I am excited about setting big goals and establishing new connections. With a background in various fields such as; marketing/brand management, beverage services, freelance choreography, Dance Educator, Dance/Cheer Judge, and Store/Franchise Manager, I can blend the best of all worlds to get to the end goal of both myself and company. With a go getting attitude and work ethic that aligns, every project is achievable. I have recently started a new role at Bronco Companies as their Brand Manager and Training Specialist. In this role, I aim to develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness thus allowing me to drive in clients for our sales team, and maintain brand consistency across all channels. All while I continue to build, design and evaluate our training programs to enhance skills and knowledge for employees, fostering professional development. Outside the office, I enjoy being active with Dance, taking my skills inside the classroom and teaching many styles of dance, from Jazz to Ballet, Tap and more! I enjoy watching younger generations grow in skills in the classroom. I look forward to connecting with you!
