About Olivia Younger

I am a Mental Performance Coach with experience helping youth, collegiate, and professional athletes unlock their full potential. Whether working with individuals or teams, I focus on helping athletes develop a positive mindset, emotional resilience, and mental strategies that support peak performance. My coaching approach blends self-awareness, emotional regulation, and strength-based techniques to help athletes overcome challenges, manage pressure, and perform consistently at their best. I work collaboratively with athletes to identify and reframe limiting beliefs, build confidence, and improve focus. With a strong foundation in empathy and understanding of diverse backgrounds, I create a safe, supportive environment where athletes can grow, share openly, and thrive. My goal is to help athletes not only achieve their performance goals but also develop the mental skills to continue evolving in all areas of life.
