Convinced that what makes the effectiveness of an organization are above all the people, I have always known how to unite my teams around a common ambition, by encouraging listening and by facilitating dialogue and communication between people. Relying on the strengths of a team and developing its talents, allowed me to adapt to very different jobs and environments, within an international group leader in its market : • Indeed, Within the Supply Chain, I held the roles of Technical Operations Director, Customer Service Director or even Operations Director, which allowed me to develop industrial expertise. • My positions as KAM "Cash & Carry" and Sales Manager "Equipment Service" have enabled me to build commercial policies, negotiate them and implement them, both for the sale of products and services. In my current role as Director of Services and Customer Relations, within an internationally renowned German Family Group, I draw on the richness of this journey to develop the performance of my department and delight our consumers. Measuring customer satisfaction, developing a safety culture and improving the profitability of services are at the heart of my daily management. It is with real enthusiasm that I support change, in a rapidly changing domestic appliance market in terms of product durability and troubleshooting assistance. Working for a brand known and recognized by the general public are important elements for my professional development. They say of me that I am warm and enthusiastic.
