Versatile hospitality professional with solid experience in high-end hotel operations, financial control, and team management, acquired in Monaco and internationally (Australia, Macau). From front-of-house service to budget oversight, I have held key roles where excellence, precision, and adaptability are essential. Trained at the Lycée Hôtelier de Monaco, I’ve developed a comprehensive skill set: operations supervision, cost monitoring, stock and supply management, team coordination, and compliance with international standards (Forbes, HACCP). My roles at Café de Paris in Galaxy Macau and at Intercontinental Sydney have given me hands-on expertise with industry tools (Micros, Opera, SAP, etc.) and leadership in multicultural environments.
