About Olivier Mignot

Olivier Mignot is part of Nestlé Health Science Executive Team, where he is in charge of Technical Operations. In this capacity he has oversight on all industrialization, manufacturing and distribution activities supporting the Nestlé Health Science organization and businesses throughout the world.Olivier joined Nestlé Headquarters as a Microbiologist in 1986 and since that time, has held various progressive roles across several Nestlé markets. During his first international assignment, he spent eight years within Operations and Research & Development in France before relocating back to Switzerland to lead the re-design and deployment of the global consumer preference testing program for Nestlé. In 2007, he was appointed as Director for Quality Assurance at Nestlé Waters in France and was responsible for defining the key quality strategies and initiatives for the Nestlé bottled water business worldwide. Olivier transferred to Nestlé USA in 2010 as Vice President of Quality Management where he oversaw all quality and food safety-related activities across the American factories, divisions and businesses, including the Nestlé Professional and Nestlé Canada plants. In 2014, Olivier Mignot took on as Vice President of Technical and Production for Nestlé Canada. In this capacity, he was responsible for the Canadian manufacturing operations, as well as for the technical functions supporting the Nestlé businesses in Canada. Olivier holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Microbiology and Molecular Biology from the University of Lausanne and a certificate in Mastering Technology Enterprise from the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland.
