My work included performing audit procedures on unregulated private equity structures, reviewing financial statements under Luxembourg GAAP and IFRS, and analyzing complex accounting treatments such as impairments, credit facilities, and share redemptions. I assessed interim dividend distributions and governance documentation to ensure compliance with fund policies and legal standards. In parallel, I am familiarize with deal processes including pre-closing preparation and post-deal implementation. I supported the review and negotiation of legal documentation for syndications and add-on acquisitions, conducted waterfall analysis to verify distribution mechanics aligned with fund agreements, and reviewed valuation models based on DCF and market multiples. I have also a good knowledge on Intercompany Financing Loans calculation, transfer pricing review. These experiences allowed me to build a comprehensive understanding of private equity fund operations, complex investment structures.
