About Olivier Teil

Starting as a mechanical designer, I've continuously looked for challenges during my career. Curious and always thirst for learning, my choices were oriented in order to develop myself, my skills and enlarge my network. This helped me to transmit my knowledge to the others and make them grow. Evolving from one position to another, I enjoyed to work for worldwide projects & teams on several topics and applications. I've been in charge of a designer group and responsible for their deliveries on several projects impacting all the group sites (Brazil, India, Japan, US.). Now I'm leading a group of 23 people in charge of developing trucks chassis and validation of the design through FEA analysis. I'm pleased to use the benefits of my experience and training (coaching, leadership) to develop their competences and skills (as well as mine). This multi-cultural aspect perfectly fit to my witches, combining challenges and self development. I started to work In 1993 for SEB Group in Calor SA (Pont Eveque) as a trainee then as a designer up to 1996.
